Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship to all states and territories across Australia. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
International Shipping
We ship to selected countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
